The video presents the project of ISOF of CNR of Bologna, that treat the waste water energysing the water, through the technology electron beam. Through this process the water, energysed with a beam of electrons, produces a very powerful healing agent, the hydroxyl radical, which acts as a real "chisel molecular", processing the systematic demolition of organic compounds until their processing in carbon dioxide and purest water (digestion).
