An crtt may join only the profiling or, if located in Lombardia, can proceed even an accreditation.
The profiling is made up of information on activities, skills, services and points of strength of a crtt collected through a questionnaire on-line and made public via the portal www.questio.it and available by the Community technical-scientific, by the business world and the institutions. During the profiling, each crtt identifies a "reference point Community Questio" which it represents the Community of Questio and that therefore intervenes in blog for discussion with the other crtt and meets the tickets containing need of innovation published by the undertakings. He may authorize other employees of the Centre delegates to participate in the Community. Always in the process of profiling, the crtt also identifies a "responsible Questionnaire" that deals with the compilation of the questionnaire and possible following iter of accreditation.
The accreditation is a major element for the participation in invitations to financing of Regione Lombardia. It is reserved for crtt that have a "operational headquarters autonomous" in Lombardia, even if they belong to a extra-Lombard reality. Accreditation is meant for the single lombard seat provided that it has with continuity research and/or technology transfer and lies, directly or indirectly, an economic-financial management (budget and/or balance). With respect to profiling, accreditation provides for the compilation of more questions on-line and a moment of annual update in autumn .The informations of accreditation are also available by the portal by users, some directly as visible, other indirectly by means of indicators; all contribute, together with the previous information of profiling to complete a card of the Centre and is published in the window of the lombard research and transfer centres.
The software for the release of the information provides two step distinct: inclusion of the information of profiling and, subsequently, the possible inclusion of the information of accreditation
Inclusion of profiling information Click on the link "register" in the box located to the left of the homepage and select the option "registration as crtt". Once you register, through the Login of "responsible Questionnaire" access to the home crtt "and complete the questions of profiling. The most of the information of profiling have already been released for registration or were imported from the questionnaire of the previous year for the centres not new; we call all the crtt to retrace step by step all the questions of profiling to supplement with outstanding information or update the information you entered the previous year.
The inclusion is the case for sections, as evidenced by the following file.
The last item in the bottom: "Additional information (file)" allows the crtt to load of annexes information (brochures, presentations, etc.) to use and consumption of those users who want more information on crtt.
When the profiling will be fully completed and all the sections will be green the profile of the Centre will be visible in the portal.
Inclusion of accreditation informations In order to access to the inclusion of the data of accreditation is necessary to have completed the sections of profiling. Only after concluding the profiling, you will see the information for the accreditation and the home of crtt for the head of the questionnaire will appear as:
As you see, the sections relating to profiling are all in green and those of the accreditation, on the contrary, are all red. Complete therefore the sections are for the accreditation. When all the sections have become Green, will appear in bottom of the "Home Of crtt" a button with the words "sending of the questionnaire", with the pressure of the latter will send electronic of the questionnaire for the validation.
Once happened the sending, will be available, in the lower part of the page, the button to print the form of application for participation in the system Questio from precedence in Regione Lombardia. The application must be registered once a year on the occasion updating of data. It is recommended to protocolo immediately just sent the update even if the questionnaire sent on-line is not yet validated.
In the case in which during the validation are asked to changes some data, the question should not be reprotocolled.As can be seen in the table below, the system provides information on the state of the questionnaire and the protocole of the application form.
The data of protocol will be inserted to system operational unit Questio only after that the Lombradia shall communicate the receipt of the application.
During the various stages of accreditation, operational unity Questio communicate by e-mail with the responsible Questionnaire for update on trends during. The system can report any changes in the data to implement or been validation of the questionnaire or finally been protocol to the application.
In case of requests for modifications, the responsible of the questionnaire, accessing the "Home Page of crtt" probably will find in front of a situation as described by the following image.
As you see, some of the sections that were originally in green, are now marked by a symbol yellow: this symbol indicates the sections that need attention by the crtt.
The responsible of the questionnaire will then enter the sections marked and operate the necessary changes. Once on the Green sections previously challenged the responsible of the questionnaire of crtt may proceed to re-enter on-line of the questionnaire for the validation.
When the questionnaire will be fully validated and will be received by the region the data of the been Protocol, the system will communicate by mail to the responsible of crtt and the person responsible questionnaire that the passage of accreditation shall be considere concluded and that the center is accredited for the year XX.
