Questio (quality evaluation in science and technology for innovation opportunity), is the knwoledge basis on the research and tecnological transfer centres (CRTT) a tool designed by Lombradia for mapping this "reality". Questio is useful to anyone who wants to buy services of R&TT, and to centres that have the need to know each-other and compare. It is useful to Regione Lombardia, committed to develop selective financing policies for research and innovation aimed to rewarding the excellence.
QuESTIO, beside being repertoire and accreditation system of the research and technological transfer centres, wants to be a showcase of research and development of Lombardy, a glance on innovation in the world, a place of direct dialogue among CRTT, business, associations and people, through :
 a community that allows CRTT to talk to each other on issues of common interest (blog, forum) and to interact directly with the undertakings and their associations through advanced tools of communication and interactive messages (board, ticket), to answer questions or to report solutions.
 a channel of multimedia information services, reporting the debate and innovative ideas at the international level, and transmit ad hoc informations on financing opportunities at international, national and regional level.

The reserved area is accessible through registration (for a company, a public/private body, a not lombard CRTT or a private person), filling out a card and obtaining a ID and a Password, or official, if it is a lombrad CRTT. All users shall be entitled to more targeted on calls or important events, participating with comments on the conversations than take palce on the blog of the Community and may request an help to a CRTT; may find an innovative solution to a technological, production or organizational need.
To the Public area of Questio can access everybody and have the visibility of all the information of the portal, to seek specific information on accredited CRTT, and access in read-only mode to the Community.
The accreditation procedure.
All the CRTTI that have the operational branch in Lombrady can be accredited. In the branch must take place with continuity research or/and TT activities, even if larger structures relate to extra-Lombardy. The operational branch is considered autonomous if it is possible to identify an economic/financial management (budget or balance) attributable only to the branch. The procedure is really simple, requires the compilation of a questionnaire and a normal administrative act. Accreditation is a privileged condition to access to some funding of the region.
